Your monthly income must be 2.5x the rental amount. How to determine if your monthly income meets the income requirement: Take the rental amount and multiply it by 2.5, this equals the minimum your must earn to qualify.
Provide 2 months proof of the most recent income, e.g. pay stubs, bank statements or W-2. For example, if we are currently in the month of October, we need your proof of income for September and August.
Provide a valid government issued ID (Drivers license, ID card or passport).
We do not accept ANY previous evictions.
You must have a good credit report and a minimum FICO score of 600.
