Jeff, the founder of JMS, oversees business & administrative operations as well as the Property Management side of JMSred. With a background in competitive sports, commercial real estate and investments, Jeff, brings a comprehensive vision to JMSred’s services: including architecture, development and real estate, a one-stop approach to professional services.
Prior to JMSred, Jeff worked at for the Four Seasons Hotel, the Cleveland Cavaliers NBA Basketball Team and Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate. With a BA in Communications and a minor in Business from the University of Arizona, Jeff is also a licensed realtor in the state of Arizona.
Jeff is a member of a private acquisitions group which owns “The Yellowstone Club” in Big Sky, Montana and is a founding member of MJD Partners, a $10M private investment group in US hedge funds, and major US and high-risk Asian corporations. Jeff is a member of the Apartment Association of California Southern Cities (AACSC).
Beth spent the first four years of her career as an English educator, but with her uncompromising integrity and ethical standards has found her way into a financial seat at JMS. Coming from an entrepreneurial and educator background – with a Bachelor’s degree from Cal State Long Beach – Beth brings her experience in Interior Design and English to aid her position as Chief Financial Officer of JMS.
As CFO, Beth manages all business Accounting and financials. Her intuition makes her a quick learner and highly organized. She advises the team about critical financial moves and is instrumental in the decision-making processes.
In addition to being CFO, Beth is head of the Human Resources department and it is apparent that she expends her motherly instincts towards the entire JMS team. Originally from Washington state but a long time Long Beach resident, Beth and her family enjoy visiting local farmer’s markets, being active in the outdoors, and finding new places to love around town.

Arthur attended California State University at Fullerton and graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s degree in both Music and Theater. He went on to serve a 2-year mission in Washington, DC and there realized his passion for the Spanish language.
Arthur brings great interpersonal skills to his position as Property Manager and with his fluency in Spanish is an important member of the JMS team. He works closely with residents to maintain positive relationships and keeps a vigilant eye on properties to make sure they stay up to par with JMS' standards. From collecting and managing rents to running notices, Arthur has made a great addition to the team.
Arthur is a native California resident but new to Long Beach. With a background in the creative arts, he loves the artistic outpouring that the area provides. he's excited to explore more of the city and make his own contribution to an already artistically enriched community.

Daisy began with JMSred as an office assistant; keeping us at our best through organization and efficiency. A Business Management student at Cal. State Long Beach, she has proved to be business oriented and continues to impress us with her management skills.
Daisy now primarily assists with the accounting and financials, but does not limit herself to that. She has shown her strengths in all departments of JMS by adapting to and learning just about any task she is given. From receipt tracking on the financial side, to writing city grants for Property Management, to assisting in façade improvement schemes with Architecture, Daisy is crucial to the JMS team.
A Long Beach native, Daisy enjoys attending concerts, soaking up the sun at the beach, and utilizing her pass to Disneyland.
Jasmine is a recent Sociology graduate from the University of California, Santa Barbara with an emphasis in race and gender studies. While at UCSB she actively participated in cultural heritage clubs and youth outreach. Jasmine's enthusiasm for social justice and gender equality allows her to assimilate with people of all backgrounds.
Jasmine plays a vital role in daily operations at JMSred by utilizing her organizational skills to schedule appointments and viewings, organizing tenant information, and manage the volume of daily calls. Jasmine's eager disposition to learn and grow at JMSred makes her a great asset to the company.
Jasmine has lived in the Long Beach area all her life and loves the inherent diversity the city provides. Whether it’s dining in Cambodia town or exploring historic Pine Avenue, the cities rich culture and history always gives her something to do.

Born and raised in Long Beach, Ricardo went to Millikan high school where he took interest in mathematics and advertising. Upon graduating, Ricardo went to California State University at Long Beach and is currently pursuing his dream as a marketing major.
As assistant to the Maintenance and Operations Manager, Ricardo brings with him great organizational skills and is responsible to keep track of all paperwork for the maintenance and operations department of JMS. Ricardo enjoys going into the field, working on renovation projects, and has proved to be an important team player for both in-office tasks and out-of-office field work.
Ricardo loves Long Beach and enjoys going to the beach or spending time with friends and family. A passionate basketball player, you may see Ricardo at a local park or down on the Naples courts.

Scott F. Burns is the designated broker of JMS Manage Sell, PC and supports JMSred in the acquisition, management and disposition of real estate. As a licensed real estate attorney in Texas and Arizona, and licensed real estate broker in California, Texas and Arizona, Scott brings comprehensive real estate skill sets to the team.
In addition to his position with JMSred, Scott is also a shareholder in a 5.0 AV rated law firm where he represents equity groups, multi-generational families and commercial landlords in connection with their real estate legal, development and brokerage needs. Further, Scott is a certified 504 SBA loan closing attorney having analyzed more than 300 commercial real estate loan transactions cumulatively exceeding $100 million.
With a background in competitive sports, Scott sits on the board of directors and is legal counsel to the Science of Sport, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. The Science of Sport’s mission is to teach S.T.E.M (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) curriculum to grammar school kids, and has partnered with several MLB teams and public school systems throughout the US in furtherance of this mission.
