Jeff, the founder of JMS, oversees business & administrative operations as well as the Property Management side of JMSred. With a background in competitive sports, commercial real estate and investments, Jeff, brings a comprehensive vision to JMSred’s services: including development and real estate, a one-stop approach to professional services.
Prior to JMSred, Jeff worked at for the Four Seasons Hotel, the Cleveland Cavaliers NBA Basketball Team and Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate. With a BA in Communications and a minor in Business from the University of Arizona, Jeff is also a licensed realtor in the state of Arizona.
Jeff is a member of a private acquisitions group which owns “The Yellowstone Club” in Big Sky, Montana and is a founding member of MJD Partners, a $10M private investment group in US hedge funds, and major US and high-risk Asian corporations. Jeff is a member of the Apartment Association of California Southern Cities (AACSC).

Beth spent the first four years of her career as an English educator, but with her uncompromising integrity and ethical standards has found her way into a financial seat at JMS. Coming from an entrepreneurial and educator background – with a Bachelor’s degree from Cal State Long Beach – Beth brings her experience in Interior Design and English to aid her position as Chief Financial Officer of JMS.
As CFO, Beth manages all business Accounting and financials. Her intuition makes her a quick learner and highly organized. She advises the team about critical financial moves and is instrumental in the decision-making processes.
In addition to being CFO, Beth is head of the Human Resources department and it is apparent that she expends her motherly instincts towards the entire JMS team. Originally from Washington state but a long time Long Beach resident, Beth and her family enjoy visiting local farmer’s markets, being active in the outdoors, and finding new places to love around town.

Scott F. Burns is the designated broker of JMS Manage Sell, PC and supports JMSred in the acquisition, management and disposition of real estate. As a licensed real estate attorney in Texas and Arizona, and licensed real estate broker in California, Texas and Arizona, Scott brings comprehensive real estate skill sets to the team.
In addition to his position with JMSred, Scott is also a shareholder in a 5.0 AV rated law firm where he represents equity groups, multi-generational families and commercial landlords in connection with their real estate legal, development and brokerage needs. Further, Scott is a certified 504 SBA loan closing attorney having analyzed more than 300 commercial real estate loan transactions cumulatively exceeding $100 million.
With a background in competitive sports, Scott sits on the board of directors and is legal counsel to the Science of Sport, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. The Science of Sport’s mission is to teach S.T.E.M (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) curriculum to grammar school kids, and has partnered with several MLB teams and public school systems throughout the US in furtherance of this mission.
